I have a Doctor of Nursing Practice with 20 years of nursing experience. From 2019 to 2024 I prescribed Suboxone, Subutex and Zubsolv (buprenorphine medications) for the treatment of opiate dependence with Dr. Herry in Grasonville, MD. In the summer of 2025 I opened my own practice, www.NurseRx.net, which provides MAT and primary care for patients battling addiction in Queen Annes County. I am dual certified as both a Family Nurse practitionr and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. In May 2009 I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with a focus on primary care. My BSN was completed in 2003 at Johns Hopkins University. More recently, I graduated from Ursuline University as  Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner post-graduate certificate. While treating opiate addiction in the community can be challenging, it is also quite rewarding. As drug overdoses increase throughout the United States, I have opened  NURSE RX in order to provide much needed buprenrophine medication  in conjunction with primary care in my home state of Maryland.
